In many cases the deck you have ordered is one of a kind; one of the last unsold, unopened decks of that particular supply of the cards.  Once a deck is opened it can no longer be sold as new. Therefore we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on most decks.  It will say in the description if the deck is returnable. PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT DECK YOU ARE ORDERING because in most instances, it is not returnable of refundable.

If a deck arrives damaged, it should still be unopened or unwrapped, or just torn wrapping.  If the deck is damaged in shipping please send us a photograph of the damaged deck, as well as the shipping container, so that we may file a claim with the shipping service. If a deck is damaged in shipping, we will reimburse funds when the deck is returned to us, as well as the damaged container. If a deck is lost in shipping, we will have it traced through the shipping service before sending a refund, so it could take a while; but you will receive your refund.

In some instances we will have decks for sale that though hard to find, we can still access copies.  If you receive one of these decks and decide you don't want it, we will refund it at 100% unopened, or at 75% opened, once the deck is returned to us.

Most of the decks on this site are out of print, or almost impossible to find.  We buy our decks most often directly from the creator of that deck.  That is how we know what we are selling are legitimate hard to locate decks.  We are very cautious in what we offer to provide you, and have been in this business for many years.  Unless you are a rare deck collector, art collector, or simply fall in love with a deck, then this site is probably not for you.  There are lots of fun, beautiful decks on the market that may be just right for you.  Just know that these are very rare, hence the strict policy.

For many years we had a company that offered lots of metaphysical products.  That company, Ohm Sweet Ohm was sold in 2019.  But we did not sell our collection of rare tarot and oracle decks. Collectors ourselves, we now offer these decks to you.  Ohm Sweet Ohm was a subsidiary of Lilac Visions LLC.  Tell Me Tarot is a subsidiary of that company as well.

From time to time we might have a rare deck that is opened but unused (for instance if we once used them as samples at Ohm Sweet Ohm), or we may have a rare deck that is used.  Those are offered here at reduced prices, and since they are already opened, are refundable upon notification of your intent to return them within 3 days of you receiving the deck, and with return within 15 days.
